Frequently Asked Questions
FIND YOUR ANSWERS HERE
Your first session is all about getting to know you — your relationship with food, your health history, your goals, and what support feels most helpful right now. Together, we’ll explore your eating patterns, medical and mental health background, and any challenges you’re facing, always at your own pace and without judgment.
Follow-up sessions focus on ongoing support and guidance. We’ll work together to strengthen your connection to hunger and fullness cues, build confidence around food, and navigate any medical or emotional barriers that come up. Whether you’re recovering from an eating disorder, managing a medical condition, or using a GLP-1 medication, our work centers on nourishment, flexibility, and sustainable well-being — not perfection or rigid rules.
Many clients start with sessions every 1–2 weeks, then space them out as they gain confidence. The frequency depends on your needs and goals — we’ll decide together what works best for you.
Initial sessions are typically 60 minutes, and follow-up sessions are 45–50 minutes.
